Our production center, with 26,000 m², includes an automated warehouse of 30,000 m³ at –22 °C, equipped with robots, RFID systems, and intelligent real-time management software that ensure total traceability and on-time deliveries.
We offer commercial flexibility, working with our own brand or private label, and providing tailored solutions for the Food Service and HORECA channel.
All of this is supported by international certifications such as BRC, IFS, and Kosher, and by a strong commitment to food safety through the HACCP system.

We take food safety and the traceability of each product very seriously so that our customers can be sure that they are offering only the best to their consumers.
Our production center integrates 26,000 m² of total surface area, with 10,000 m² destined for manufacturing, storage and offices. We have an automated warehouse of 30,000 m³ at –22 °C, managed by robots and intelligent software (WMS) that controls the inventory in real time. This technology, together with RFID systems and laser scanners, guarantees complete traceability from the origin of the raw material to the final distribution. Our storage capacity allows us to maintain a stock of 1,500 tons of raw materials and finished product.
At Cabezuelo Foods, we produce ultra-frozen prepared foods that combine flavor, quality and practicality. Our vocation is twofold: to facilitate the work of distributors and Food Service professionals, ensuring reliability and efficiency, and at the same time improve the experience of the final consumer with safe, appetizing and easy-to-prepare products.
We adapt to the specific needs of each client and channel. We operate as manufacturers developing customized solutions for distribution brands and, at the same time, we offer a wide catalog under our own brand. This flexibility allows us to respond both to the professional Food Service channel and to Retail, guaranteeing quality, continuity of supply and a proposal aligned with each market.
All our production processes are rigorously supervised by HACCP control systems, which guarantee compliance with the strictest regulations. This allows us to ensure maximum food safety and compliance with the most demanding regulations. Through integral traceability, we follow each product from its origin as raw material to the final client.

We work exclusively with trusted suppliers who guarantee us maximum freshness and quality, in addition to strict compliance with regulations.
