On 20/01/2026, our Second Equal Opportunities Plan for Women and Men was approved. This new Plan consolidates and expands the measures already implemented, incorporating new actions aimed at ensuring equality in key areas such as access to employment, career development, training, remuneration, harassment prevention, and the reconciliation of personal, family and working life.
